PRE-WEDDING DAY SERVICES

  • Full planning engagement (12–18 months prior to wedding)

  • Full vendor sourcing, vetting, and contract negotiation

  • Comprehensive budget creation and ongoing management

  • Full design direction — aesthetic, florals, lighting, rentals, stationery

  • Venue scouting (up to 3 venues)

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings

  • Catering consultation with attendance at menu tastings and menu guidance

  • Guest accommodation management (RSVPs, reserving hotel blocks, transportation, welcome bags delivery)

  • Rehearsal dinner planning and coordination

  • Welcome party planning and coordination

DAY OF WEDDING SERVICES

  • Two-person day-of coordination team

  • Morning-of coordination (getting ready logistics, timeline, food coordination)

  • On-site coordination — ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours)

  • Deal with any unforeseen hiccups, allowing you, your family & friends to have a stress-free day

POST WEDDING DAY

  • Post any requested venue or vendor reviews on your behalf

  • Confirm post wedding breakfast/brunch reservations

PRICING STRUCTURE

100 guests and under → $7,000

Every additional 50 guests will add $500 to the package
