PRE-WEDDING DAY SERVICES

  • Everything in Day-Of Coordination, plus:

  • Up to 6 months of planning support

  • Once a month check-in meetings

  • Vendor recommendations and referrals

  • Budget tracking and management support

  • Design concept development and mood board

  • Guest list and RSVP management support

  • Venue walkthrough with floor plan development

DAY OF WEDDING SERVICES

  • Everything in Day-Of Coordination, plus:

  • On-site coordination — ceremony & reception (up to 10 hours)

  • Coordinate and fully execute setup of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces with vendors

  • Assist in pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all VIPs receive florals

  • Check in with the full wedding party and VIP’s throughout the day & assist when needed

  • Partner with photographer to successfully execute first look (if applicable) and photo schedule

  • Execute breakdown of event and any additional cleanup of site

  • Deal with any unforeseen hiccups, allowing you, your family & friends to have a stress-free day

PRICING STRUCTURE

100 guests and under → $3,000

Every additional 50 guests will add $500 to the package

Complex logistics or multiple venues → TBD
