PRE EVENT DAY SERVICES

  • Introductory Meeting (60–90 min)

  • Review of all existing vendor contracts

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline and run-of-show

  • Vendor confirmation calls starting 30 days before event

  • Final venue walkthrough (1 visit)

All packages, à la cart, rehearsal dinner planning, and intimate wedding pricing are subject to local and state tax

DAY OF EVENT SERVICES

  • One lead coordinator + assistant (for events over 100 guests)

  • Coordination of the setup of event with other vendors

  • Point of contact for all vendors, ensuring arrival, set up, and service times are being met throughout the day

  • Personal assistant to host throughout the day

  • Post-event vendor final payment or tip distribution

  • Deal with any unforeseen hiccups, allowing you, your family & friends to have a stress-free day

PRICING STRUCTURE

(scope based, customized to your event)

100 guests and under → $1,500

Every additional 50 guests will add $500 to the package
